Non-customized offers may be more irritating than valuable. Passport seeks to solve the problem of profitably incentivizing customers to order larger
baskets or more frequently by tailoring a reorder benefit based upon each user's order history. This methodology seeks to grow LTV in a manner that
customers actually appreciate. Currently in development, Passport 2.0 expands on this concept and takes into account each user's individual cost-to-serve
based upon historical analysis.
